Our Black Friday sale will start on Thursday the 25th of November at 5pm GMT and finishes at midnight GMT on Monday 29th of November.

CAN I RETURN ITEMS FROM THE BLACK FRIDAY SALE?

Yes, we are happy for you to return your order, we ask that your item(s) have not been worn and the tags are still attached. The item(s) must be returned in the original packaging. 

All returns must be registered through our returns portal to ensure that the returns process is as speedy and simple as possible. https://destructive.returnscenter.com/

 

CAN I HAVE A REFUND ON MY RETURNS?

As your order was placed in the black Friday sale, we will happily refund you if that is your wish. Alternatively, we can exchange your item or offer you a gift card. 

 

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN MY ORDER?

We understand that you may be buying the item as a gift for Christmas, so we have extended our returns policy to reflect this. 

All orders placed from 5pm GMT on Thursday 25th of November have an extended returns period until the 31st of January 2022.

 

CAN I USE A DISCOUNT CODE ON ITEMS THAT ARE IN THE SALE?

Unfortunately not, discount codes cannot be used over the Black Friday sale. 

 

CAN I USE A GIFT CARD OR STORE CREDIT CODE?

Absolutely, any existing gift cards or return store credits can be used at the checkout.

 

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, due to the volume of orders that will be placed over the weekend, we anticipate that all orders will be dispatched from our UK fulfilment centre within 5 days of placing your order.

Tracking may take up to 2 working days to activate once you've received your shipping confirmation email, depending on the shipping method you have selected
