  • Are returns free?

    UK

    For all UK orders, we offer a free of charge returns solution.

     

    International

    For international orders we offer a hassle free, drop off or collection returns service. Whilst returns aren’t free, we don’t expect you to pay the full price of the return shipping. We charge a subsided fee as follows:

    - Europe - €8

    - United States - $10 (USD)

    - Canada - $10 (CAD)

    - Australia - $12 (AUD)

    - Japan - ¥900

    - ROW - £8

     

    Paypal 'Returns On Us'

    If you paid using PayPal, you can make the most of their Returns On Us service. PayPal will reimburse the above fees to your PayPal account. For more information please select your country:

    You must provide:

    - Proof showing the initial price of the item returned

    - A Proof showing the amount of the refund (e.g. the email message that acknowledges receipt of the return, or the PayPal email confirming the refund of Your item).

  • How do I return my order?

    We only accept returns on all unworn products, sent back in their original condition with the original packaging. 

     

    UK

    For all UK orders, we offer a free of charge returns service. To return your order please follow these instructions:

    - Visit http://www.dsrcv.com/a/returns, enter your order number and email, select the item(s) you wish to return.

    - Affix your prepaid Hermes return label securely to the outside of the package.

    - Drop off your parcel at your local myHermes ParcelShop.

    International

    For international orders we offer a hassle free, drop off or collection returns service. Whilst the return shipping for exchanges is not free, we will ship your exchanged item back to you free of charge. We do not expect you to pay the full price of the return shipping.     To exchange your order please follow these instructions:

    - Visit http://www.dsrcv.com/a/returns, enter your order number and email, select the item(s) you wish to return.

    - Visit https://web.global-e.com/returns/portal/oQHH to generate your pre-paid return label.

    - Enter your 12 digit order number (begins with GE), and your email address, then click Next.

    - Select the item/s you wish to return, choose a reason from the drop down menu and click next.

    - Print the pre-paid return label and affix it securely to the outside of the package.

     

    There are two options to return your parcel to us via DHL:

    Option 1 – Drop off your parcel to one of DHL’s local service points.

    - To find your nearest service point follow the link below:
    - https://locator.dhl.com
    - Select your country from the drop down menu and enter your location.
    - Select Send a shipment.
    - Tick I have a shipment with a DHL label and click Search.
    - All available service points will be listed.

    Option 2- Arrange a collection with DHL online


    - Visit https://returns.dhl.co.uk/ereturns/
    - Select your country from the drop-down menu and click Go.
    - Enter your return waybill number that is printed on your return label and click Schedule pickup.
    - Fill out the schedule pickup form. Your pickup address will populate automatically, based on your waybill number.
    - Check the details are correct and then click Schedule Pickup.
    - A summary and confirmation of your pickup will then display, please take a note of your booking reference number.

  • How do I exchange my order?

    We only accept exchanges on all unworn products, sent back in their original condition with the original packaging. Exchanges will be sent out on our standard delivery method free of charge. 

    UK

    - Drop off your parcel at your local myHermes ParcelShop.

  • How long do I have to return my item?

    We have a 30 day returns policy. This means that from the day you receive your order, you have 30 days to get the item returned to our Returns Hub.

  • What are the requirements for a return to be approved?

    All returns must be sent with the original tags attached and within the product bag. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and undamaged. If there is a fault with your item upon delivery, please immediately inform our Customer Service team via customerservice@dsrcv.com.

  • Can I return sale items?

    We accept exchanges and store credit on returned sale items. 

  • How long do returns take?

    Depending on where you are returning from, your return will take 3-7 working days to be received. We ask for 1 working day to inspect and process your return and depending on your payment method it can take anywhere from 1-10 working days to appear in your bank account.
