United Kingdom
Orders placed before 12:00 noon UK time, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after the cut-off or at weekends are dispatched on the next working day. Delivery is usually 1 to 2 days after dispatch.

United States
Orders placed before 12:00 noon UK time, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same working day. Delivery is usually 1 working day after dispatch.

Rest of world
Orders placed before 12:00 noon UK time, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same working day. Delivery is usually 4 working days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or circumstances outside our control. We will send tracking details when your order is dispatched.

International customs charges and returned orders

The shipping method shown at checkout is the source of truth for import charges. If the selected method says “No Import Charges On Delivery”, eligible import duties and taxes are intended to be covered by the amount shown at checkout. If it does not say this, your local customs authority or carrier may collect duties, import taxes or handling fees on delivery. Import charges shown at checkout are estimates and may vary by destination and order.

If you refuse or do not collect an international order and the carrier returns it to us, one fixed £30 fee per eligible order applies only where the relevant import charges and this policy, including the fee, were clearly disclosed at checkout when you placed your order, and the refusal or non-collection was your responsibility. We will not apply the fee if the return was caused by an error on our part or the carrier’s part, or if the reason for return or relevant disclosure is unclear. The fee is fixed and will not be adjusted later or increased by a later courier invoice or additional surcharge. No further courier or return fee will be added for the same returned parcel.

Once the carrier confirms that your parcel is being returned to us, we can process any refund due under the order terms, less the applicable fee, without waiting for it to be physically received at our warehouse. This fee applies only to eligible international orders placed after it was clearly disclosed at checkout. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
